The Problem:

 

Valiantys Federal faced the complex challenge of consolidating two distinct and established brands, Contegix and Valiantys, into a single, unified digital presence.  With internal stakeholders needing clarity, speed, and a strategic roadmap, Valiantys couldn’t afford to follow a traditional website redesign path. They needed a solution that minimized risk, shortened time-to-value, and evolved with their business.

Valiantys was born from the acquisition of Contegix and derived from The Federal wing of Valiantys Corporate. The two came together to create a standalone, unified entity aimed at serving the public sector. While the merger offered strategic advantages, it also presented a complex digital challenge: how to sunset an existing presence from Contegix and break the Federal branch of Valiantys into a separate entity, all while establishing a new brand and website that reflected Valiantys’s forward-thinking vision.

They needed a website built fast, but not at the expense of long-term digital performance. A rebrand, a new site, and a marketing engine had to come together seamlessly.

We helped clarify Valiantys’s core message through a REVAMP session focused on refining their brand positioning and voice. From there, our creative team designed a style guide with visual assets that set the tone for their digital presence.

Website Design

To reduce time-to-value, we prioritized the most critical pages for launch and developed a streamlined MVP (minimum viable product) using our Studio V platform. With ongoing collaboration and feedback loops, Valiantys had a functional site ready in a short timeframe.
