I was not excited for this topic, but Paul is a great speaker and made it a great presentation. As always, I got many takeaways.

Eye opening … Paul's approach allowed or customization and personalization of learning the framework for crisis management and for developing meaningful risk protection strategies within our individual businesses. The use of group interaction in short spurts deepened thought processes and the verbal sharing of thoughts and action points, all without derailing his flow or having the presentation run off on a tangent. Citation of case examples was also valuable and made the overall message and the "how to" components very tangible, understandable, and relatable. Overall, this was a high-value seminar.
