At Vendilli, we’re integrating artificial intelligence into how we work, thoughtfully and on our own terms. This policy explains the principles that guide our use of AI so you know what to expect when you work with us.

AI supports our team, it doesn’t replace it. Every engagement starts with real conversations about your goals, and every strategy, idea, and recommendation is shaped by our team’s judgment and experience. When AI helps us research, draft, or produce something along the way, a member of our team reviews, verifies, and refines it before it reaches you. If it carries the Vendilli name, we stand behind every word of it.
Your Data Stays Protected
We use AI tools that are vetted for data security and confidentiality, never personal or unapproved accounts for client work. Confidential information, and anything covered by an NDA, is handled according to the terms you’ve agreed to with us, and we honor your own AI or data policies when they’re stricter than ours. Client information is never used to train AI models, and we apply extra scrutiny to sensitive or regulated work.We Vet Every Tool Before We Use It
New AI tools and features go through an internal review, covering confidentiality, data handling, and fit for the work, before anyone on our team uses them on client projects. We’d rather move a little slower and get it right than chase every new release.Some Things We Won’t Do
Regardless of the tool or the project, we don’t use AI to fabricate reviews or testimonials, impersonate real people, generate deepfakes, or present unverified AI output as fact in your deliverables.Let’s Talk About Your Project
